About Shawn Kraft, Owner and Restauranteur
Owner Shawn Kraft took on ownership of Nonna’s in 2008, and with it he began an absolute passion for Italy and specifically, authentic Italian food. Shawn regularly travels to Italy where he spends his days hanging out with his dear friends and even cooking in the local restaurants.

Ira Edelman is a Nonna’s treasure, having performed on Friday and Saturday nights for over 15 years. Ira does accept tips that he then donates in entirety to spay and neuter local animals.
